Our orders may be shipped from one of two locations Sydney Australia, or Los Angeles, USA. Dependent on the time or item ordered. Shipping can vary per order but may be best outlined below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • The prices within the online store do NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country).

  • Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Match Made Bridal. All charges are levied by the local government agency and Match Made Bridal takes no margin or profit. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.

  • International customers may be able to claim back any Customs duties and charges when returning an item through their country's relevant authority.

  • To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

  • Please note that delays may occur in some countries due to customs processing.

  • We cannot control the amount of time a specific country takes to process a customer's order and backlogs do regularly occur in some countries such as Russia, Canada, United Kingdom and most European countries.

  • No processing or dispatch of parcels occurs on public holidays.

  • Match Made Bridal cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of the returned goods during shipping.

  • When a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country is responsible for the delivery. Match Made Bridal is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.

RETURNS

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Match Made Bridal purchase. Due to the nature of our precious work and individual designs we do not offer refund on change of mind, however we can assist you with suggestions for resale.

WHAT DOES IT "MADE TO ORDER" MEAN?

Unlike most ready to wear E-commerce stores we’re proud to say that each and every Bridal Top and Skirt are custom made just for you. No returned goods reshipped to the next purchase, your bridal separates are carefully created for you only.  I mean only the best for a bride like you!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our production time will take 6 weeks from the date of purchase and additional shipping time of 7-10 business days will be additional and may vary depending on your shipping location.

 

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR MY ORDER?

 

Unfortunately like most E-commerce stores we will require the full order to be paid for on check out. It’s then straight to production for our quick turn around.

 

HOW CAN I GET UPDATES ON MY ORDER?

 

We will provide you with 2 updates on purchase the first includes your estimated shipping date and the second your shipment and tracking information. Should you have any questions throughout your orders production time feel free to email us or jump online and chat to our customer service team.

 

SIZING, CAN YOU CUSTOM?

All of our tops and bottoms are made to our standard sizing guide so we do not make customisations to fit. If there is something you are most worried about or if you have any questions just email our team for further advice.

HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?

 

Measurements should be taken on your bust at largest measurements, Waist at smallest peak and low hip (around your bottom). You may also like to measure shoulder to waist if you are blessed with a long torso to ensure the length of our standard bodices is suitable. We also offer an additional 2 inches of length for brides wanting a little more coverage on the midriff.

Our skirt lengths come in Petite, which is approximately 115cm from waist to hem and standard, which is 122cms. Stand tall for this one looking in the mirror without shoes on and get your girlfriend to confirm the measurement  hitting floor. If you are less than 115cm keep note that you will need room for heels. All of our skirts can be easily hemmed.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?

We do not offer alterations in relation so size and fit, we can however add silk covered buttons, extend bodice and skirt lengths and provide you with additional laces.

 

 

HOW OFTEN DO NEW PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

While we already offer over 500 combinations we have two major seasons and new injections designs every 12 weeks. This means some styles can be discontinued quickly so if you find the perfect combination don’t miss out.

 

WILL MY TOP AND SKIRT MATCH IN COLOUR?

While our fabrics vary in shade and texture most of our tops and bottoms match perfectly and a few have marginal differences.
